Welcome to Villa-20! This stunning Villa is located in BlueVenao on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community and tropical paradise with miles of beautiful beaches. Just a quick walk and you’ll be on the beach, ready for new adventures! Our spacious and bright Villa has 2 bedrooms, one w/Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and the other w/Twin over full bunk bed. The open kitchen and terrace are fully equipped so you can relax, feel at home and enjoy your tropical getaway.

About the Home

Modern and cozy beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout. The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience. THE VILLA: Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. BEDROOMS: Complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Full/twin bed BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra toilet paper). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Includes cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Welcoming package includes Panamanian coffee beans, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, a new sponge, and trash bags (3). LIVING SPACES: Gorgeous integrated interiors with modern furnishings. Cozy living space with a sofa and Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription, and the terrace offers additional seating for relaxation. GENERAL: Wifi. A/C in every room (3 units). Complete laundry facilities with washer/dryer. Towels provided for indoor use, and pool. *Small BBQ can be provided by our on site team upon request (free of charge). *Pets allowed in this Villa! (Additional fee of $64.20 per pet (max 2). *A Crib and changing table can be provided by our on site team upon request. Dogs are allowed in this property! (Additional fee of $64.20 per dog (max 2 dogs). Cats, birds or other animals are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding. IMPORTANT: In order to create and improve new spaces for residents and guests of the project, Blue Venao is currently carrying out construction work in some areas of the project, for which we warn you in advance that you may experience construction noise in some places and times during your stay. We regret this possible inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding since property/unit changes, refunds or discounts will not be offered as it is a situation beyond our control.

House Rules and Terms

To proceed with the booking process, it is mandatory to read and sign the Terms and Conditions. This ensures that all guests are aware of the policies and responsibilities during their stay.

Guest Reminder

- All our policies and rules are outlined in the rental agreement we sent you. - Guests must wear bracelets provided by Nuba at all times. - Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy, non-smoking policies, and behavioral standards to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay. - A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage or loss. Nuba will conduct a post-checkout inspection to assess the property's condition and determine the return of the deposit. - Nuba is not responsible for any accidents or personal injuries that occur during the stay. Please be aware that Playa Venao is a developing community, and there may be interruptions in electricity and water supply, especially during the rainy season. If the guests do not comply with these rules, we will charge from the damage deposit amount depending on the case. Thank you for your understanding.

Blue Venao Community Standards (all guests agree by booking)

- Wristbands are mandatory throughout your stay; all guests must be registered before arrival (no registration means no access). - Visitors not staying at Blue Venao are not allowed on the property. - Maximum 2 adults per bedroom; overcrowding is not permitted. - Common areas and pools are open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. - Keep balconies and gardens free of trash at all times. - Pool: shower before entering; no oils or food in the water; no alcohol, food, or glass in or around the pools; no entry under the influence; wristband required; no smoking in the pool or beach club area. - Trash must be placed in closed bags at designated collection points; never leave trash, recycling, or pet waste outside the disposal areas. - Pets must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times; clean up after your pet immediately. - Vehicles: speed limit 20 km per hour (12 mph), strictly enforced; no motorized vehicles on walkways; visitor parking is short-term only - do not block roads. - No ball games near the restaurant, pools, or common areas - use the designated sports area or the beach; no personal furniture or structures in common areas. - No illegal, inappropriate, or disruptive activities; no bonfires or BBQ in non-authorized areas. - Fines: 1st violation $100, 2nd $250, 3rd $500. A 3rd (or second severe) violation results in immediate removal without refund, and management may contact the police.
