Unit 36A Lot 7. This spacious ocean front home features three bedrooms, a loft and three baths. With spectacular ocean views relax in the hot tub, on the deck, or simply sit and enjoy the views. The primary suite includes a soaking tub with jets, sauna to decompress, and a private fireplace. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 with the queen bed and the other has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath as well as a double size futon. There is also a 55" smart TV in this bunk room. There is a Baby Grand piano in the living room and stereo with speakers throughout the house. Also, for your entertainment, there is a 58" flat screen Smart TV in the entertainment loft up a flight of stairs and another Smart TV (28") in the Master Bedroom also on the 2nd floor. It is just a short walk to the Ohlson Recreation Center where you will find a large pool and tennis courts. 1 Dog Welcome, enclosed front entry way. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
