This home is one of the original “Binker Barns” designed by William Turnbull in the 1960s, reconceptualized in 2009 by Kay Kollar (an LA-based designer) and Douglas Thornley (a SF-based architect). The window seats give unobstructed view of the meadow and of the Pacific. The house also features a Yamaha studio upright piano, ready for an eager musical guest. Bed linens and towels are included. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's Maximum occupancy is 2 adults for this home.
