Welcome to your perfect family-friendly coastal retreat, just a 5-minute drive from Scarborough Beach. This bright and comfortable home is ideal for families or small groups, accommodating up to 6 guests with a layout that suits two couples travelling together as well as children.

About the Home

The home features three bedrooms, with two rooms offering queen-sized beds and a third room set up with a bunk bed, perfect for kids. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a shower only, providing convenience and flexibility for groups. The space has been thoughtfully prepared to make your stay easy and enjoyable, including a selection of toys to keep little ones entertained. There is a spacious living area with a large Smart TV and an artificial fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out, as well as a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely front yard with outdoor furniture, creating a great space to unwind and spend time together.

AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. PARKING Parking is available for free at the property. Two cars can be parked on driveway and a car on verge in front of the property. CHECK-IN After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions: 1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!). 2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported. Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying. PLEASE NOTE: If these steps are not completed in time, check-in instructions will not be provided. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our property, send us a message! Shopping centres, supermarkets, and essential services are all within easy reach, and the location offers convenient access to main roads, allowing you to explore other coastal areas and Perth city with ease. This home is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay near the beach while still being close to everything you need.

House Rules and Terms

Terms and Conditions • Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing. • Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500. • Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed. • Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs. • Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. • Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night. • Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property. • Lost keys will be charged $200 per set. • If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest. The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police. Cancellation Policy Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply. Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
