Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the exclusive residential community of the Peninsula in Playa Langosta. It is an elegant yet functional condominium that will satisfy the needs of the most discriminating's travelers. With lots of windows, sliding doors and 2 terraces, you can enjoy peeks of the ocean and the beautiful natural surroundings. The kitchen is set up to fulfill the needs of any chef or can be a place to just hang out, enjoying your favorite snack or beverage. A beautiful garden tub in the master bedroom is the perfect place to end a fun-filled vacation day. With the white sand beaches and rocky reefs, world class waves of the Pacific are only a short walk away. The options are endless for the surfing, sport fishing, sailing, diving, coastal enthusiast...even a first class 18 hole golf course located at Hacienda Pinilla, a short drive away. Playa Langosta is about 2 kilometers from the multicultural Playa Tamarindo with its myriad of shops, restaurants and services. The Peninsula has a pleasant recreational area with a large pool and deck for sunning, a solarium, children's pool, fitness center and tropical gardens. There is 24 hour security, underground parking and additional storage for a great vacation experience.

Good to know

For your convenience, we recommend having a car or golf cart during your stay. This will make it easier to explore the area, including restaurants located between Tamarindo and Langosta Beach.

Hello! How exciting! Let me tell you about Playa Langosta, a lively place where the Pacific waves greet you right outside our building. Just 10 min driving away, you'll find Patagonia, a fantastic restaurant! If you like surfing, you can rent a board at Iguana Surf Shop and hit the waves. And if you're up for something more, a little further north, in Las Baulas National Marine Park, you can experience the incredible birth of sea turtles. It's a great plan!

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. These items are intended to cover your arrival and the beginning of your stay. Should you need additional supplies during your visit, we kindly ask that guests purchase them as needed. They can also enjoy the building's amenities, including the outdoor pool, gym, and jacuzzi. Free on-site and street parking is available.
