About the Home
Located on the edge of town yet within two blocks are shops, restaurants, beach activity rentals, surfing and exciting nightlife. Lovely two story, two bedrooms, two bath with equipped kitchen in small gated community with swimming pool. The master bedroom have a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a bunk bed double at the bottom and single at the top size bed, each bedroom has a private bathroom. The living room area on the botton floor has a confortable double sofa bed. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. These items are intended to cover your arrival and the beginning of your stay. Should you need additional supplies during your visit, we kindly ask that guests purchase them as needed. The beach is just a 2 minute drive, within 5 - 7 minutes walk you can reach a grocery store, a laundry, a large shopping Plaza, a surf shop and an ATV Rental Shop around 20 restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a gym just around the corner within walking distance. Los Sueños III is gated and guarded 24/7 and has easy parking. The pool is cool and inviting, Cable TV and maid service every third day are included in a weekly rental. The beach is about 5 or 6 blocks from the condo and the nightlife is all located on the main road off of the beach. There is definitely lots of action in Tamarindo. There is something to do every day and night of the week. Seaside condo for rent.
Good to know
Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security and easy parking. Maid service is provided every third day for weekly rentals. Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please be aware that the property is not suitable for children or infants. Guests will receive check-in instructions on their booking day.
The Neighborhood
The condominium is ideally located in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, with the Pacific Ocean just steps away. You can easily walk to Patagonia, a renowned restaurant just a couple minutes from the property. For surfing enthusiasts, Iguana Surf Shop is nearby, offering surfboard rentals and access to the area's famous waves. For a unique experience, consider a drive to Las Baulas National Marine Park, located a little over 10 miles north, where you can witness the hatching of leatherback sea turtles.

You'll have access to the entire condominium, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Relax on the patio or balcony and take advantage of amenities like the swimming pool.
