About the Home
This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and dogs to play. It has parking for 1 car in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application. This 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse has two very spacious bedrooms upstairs both with ensuites, and offers plenty of seating and lounging options downstairs. Kitchen: - Very well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs - Nespresso machine with milk frother - Island with breakfast bar seating - Electric stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle Living: - Plush chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed for the 6th and 7th guest - Large flat screen smart TV - Books, games provided - Office desk with extra monitor (hdmi) and keyboard for your use if required - Air conditioning unit to cool/heat entire downstairs area Outside: - Fully enclosed outdoor space laid with astro turf - Beefeater BBQ and outdoor dining with seating for 8 - Reading nook and hammock Master Bedroom: Queen bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe space, plus ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. *Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *There is easy parking for a boat directly opposite the house *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
