This level also includes a convenient mini fridge—ideal for drinks and snacks. Enjoy direct access to the private pool and the beach through the courtyard, making it a perfect space for teens, extended family, or added privacy. Level 2: The second level features a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen with sleek stone benchtops and a Nespresso machine, flowing into a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning ocean views. Step out onto the expansive balcony, comfortably seating 10, and soak in the sea breeze. *The home is spread over 3 levels plus the garage and the roof top terrace - while this abundance of space is great for most it does make it unsuitable for people who are unable to navigate stairs. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form. *The security cameras are NOT connected

For those who enjoy a challenge, a short 5-minute drive takes you to the base of Mt Coolum, a popular spot for an energetic hike with stunning views from the top. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home along with access to a double, lock up garage. This property also provides full access to The Ramadas resort facilities, including a 60-metre lagoon style heated pool with children’s wading pool, a gym, an onsite restaurant and a poolside bar.
