About the Home
The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across the main house and separate cottage: Cottage Located separately from the main house, the cottage offers a private and comfortable space ideal for couples, extended family members, or guests seeking a little extra privacy. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom is located separately from the bedroom and includes a shower, vanity, and toilet. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio deck with a table and two chairs, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or relaxing amongst the peaceful garden surrounds. Main House Bedroom 1 (Master): A serene retreat featuring a king bed, ducted air-conditioning, wardrobe cupboard, beautiful natural light, and a dedicated desk space nestled underneath a stained glass bay window, perfect for those needing to work or enjoy a quiet moment. Bedroom 2: A calm and inviting room with a comfortable queen bed, ducted air-conditioning and wardrobe cupboard. Bedroom 3: A flexible space with a queen bed, sofa and air-conditioning unit, ideal for additional guests or families, complete with books, games, and toys for a relaxed stay. Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience. Please note that Treehaven is available in two booking configurations: • Treehaven House & Cottage (this listing) – exclusive access to both the Main House and Cottage, accommodating up to 8 guests. • Treehaven House – exclusive access to the Main House only, ideal for smaller groups. *Please note that the cottage bathroom is separate from the bedroom and accessed independently, providing private facilities exclusively for cottage guests. *We do not accept schoolies bookings. *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently. Young adults are welcome when part of a family booking. *This home is located in a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm. *Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this is completed. *Electric vehicle charging is not available at this property. We recommend using nearby public charging stations if required.
