Soak up nature in the huge backyard, surrounded by lush trees, with only one neighbour on a quiet street. The house is equipped with yoga mats, dumbbells, an outdoor cricket set, a football and more, so you can make the most of the space and the outdoors. NEWLY ADDED are a spa, a sauna and an outdoor shower. Sink into the spa, sweat it out in the sauna, then rinse off under the open sky after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio features an outdoor lounge, a 6-seater dining table, a BBQ, 2 sun loungers and a hanging hammock chair, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind with nature views. Bicycles are also provided to explore the beautiful suburb, with the beach just a short ride away, along with a picnic basket to pack up and enjoy by the seaside. Next door is a large park, great for kids to play in. The home is newly renovated and newly furnished in a bright, fresh style, with ultimate comfort in mind. Each bedroom and the living room has both air conditioning and ceiling fans. The open-plan living area includes bar stools at the kitchen island, a 6-seater dining table, a sofa and an armchair, offering multiple spaces to sit and relax. Books and games are included. A spacious laundry is equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack. Mimpi Tropics Retreat is truly a haven, making it a comfortable, peaceful and memorable base for your Cairns trip.

House Rules & Additional Information * Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM. * Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay. * We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed. * A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed Mid-Stay Cleans Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $199 per service applies.
