From here, the spiral staircase leads to the lower-level guest suite and laundry area. ✨Bedrooms & Bathrooms✨ Adjacent to the living room, a king bedroom with a 12-inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and crisp cotton sheets promises restful nights. A full bathroom nearby offers a standing shower with strong water pressure and a sleek glass door. Ground Level: A second king bedroom with en-suite bathroom provides added privacy. A 55-inch Roku Smart TV makes it easy to relax after a day exploring. This level also includes direct access to the driveway for easy entry and exit. ✨LAUNDRY✨ Laundry facilities are available on the lower level for your convenience. ✨Additional Notes✨ This home is part of a 3-unit building, so light sounds of daily life may be present.
