If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. For your security and a smooth check-in process: - A refundable $500 security deposit is required. - A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in. - A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking. - Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy. - Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, please be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur.
