If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $500 in penalties. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability. Gatherings: Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $1000 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If the police are called to the residences, your reservation will immediately be cancelled and you will be escorted off the premises without refund.
