The reversed floor plan has the main living space on upper level to maximize ocean views. The upper-level deck wraps around the side of house with views of hedgerow and ocean, complete with BBQ and exterior dining furnishings. One guest bedroom with queen bed and window seat and full bath is on upper level. The lower-level primary bedroom has a King and window seat, double sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. The other lower-level bedroom also with a Queen and window seat and full bath. The window seats can be used for additional sleeping. Central heat with a real wood burning fireplace in the living room. Approximately 2300 sq ft. Spacious, open and light filled environment. Beds made with linens and towels are included in the price of this house. Free wireless internet. One dog only is welcome. Garage available to renters. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended. Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's.
