You will have no shortage of options for whatever type of activity you’re in the mood for. For quiet, relaxing moments back at home, the screened-in wraparound balcony allows you to easily stay connected to the outdoor scene. Enjoy an evening cocktail or your morning coffee at the café table with chairs 2 or plan an al fresco meal with a larger group at the dining table for 6. From the patio, enter the spacious living area where you’ll be met by open spaces and cozy corners alike. Vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace column, and leather sofas create a welcome space for kicking up your feet after an exciting day exploring the local area. Catch the big game or your favorite show on the mounted smart TV, conveniently viewable from both the kitchen and dining rooms so no one has to miss out on the action. The kitchen itself comes fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs, with stainless steel appliances as well as Keurig and drip coffee makers. Enjoy your well-earned meals at the formal dining area set for 6 or at the kitchen counter with high-top stool seating for 3. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV. The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. - Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between the garages.Parking passes are required. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! Maximum of 1 pet at or under 35lbs allowed. A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after them. - Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. -Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. - This is a walk-in unit – no steps leading into the home.
