Complemented by coastal accents, the apartment embodies convenience and comfort with its seamless layout, three sizeable bedrooms, and its generous balcony and outdoor entertaining area. As you enter the apartment, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful ocean view that the kitchen and living space overlook. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and stocked full of utensils and appliances. Just next to the kitchen you will find a large dining table perfect to gather with friends or family. The living space features a large, smart TV, air-conditioning unit and a comfortable five-seater couch. This area also features a sizeable daybed and a workspace containing a desk to do some work from your new home away from home. The open-plan living and kitchen area further expands to your private balcony fit with an outdoor couch to enjoy a cocktail or two with a view. From here you can take in the sea breezes from the privacy of your very own balcony and fully immerse yourself in coastal living. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom complete with a comfortable king bed and ocean views from your window. Just next to this room is a bathroom fit with a bathtub, shower and a separate toilet. Across from the bathroom is the laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. Further down the hall is the second bedroom complete with two single beds and an outlook of the ocean from the window. The third and final bedroom features a plush king bed and convenient ensuite. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
