About the Home
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the functional open-plan layout of the living, kitchen and dining room. The open-plan living space provides a relaxed atmosphere for entertaining or unwinding after a day in the sun, while the well-appointed kitchen makes cooking at home easier than ever. The beautiful balcony provides the perfect place to soak up seaside living with its alfresco setting, barbecue and stunning ocean views. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows: Master bedroom (Bedroom one): Comfortable king bed with a smart TV, air-conditioning and balcony access. Ensuite (Bathroom one): Toilet, shower and vanity. Bedroom two: Two single beds, a ceiling fan and a desk to work from home. Bathroom two: Bathroom two consists of a shower-bath, vanity and a separate toilet with its own vanity. This bathroom also doubles as a laundry room with its washing machine and dryer. The complex offers a range of facilities including a pool and BBQ area, making it perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The apartment includes two, separate balcony areas, each of which promise a different outlook of Kings Beach. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one underground car space in the secured garage. Guests may also make use of the shared pool (not heated), and BBQ area.
