Additional cleaning charges apply for any mess not cleaned up. Lost keys and remotes are expensive to replace. A replacement fee of $200 will be charged if misplaced. Please note that due to being an apartment complex, there is a no party policy and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Non-compliance can result in removal without refund and a $500 fee. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors and outdoors, with a $200 cleaning fee for violations.
