Park the car and explore the city by foot or share scooters. The apartment features 2 queen bed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for business or family stays. It includes laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, and 1 secure basement car park. The accommodation is pet-friendly, welcoming most pets with a limit of 2. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas and must be house trained. Additional cleaning charges apply for any mess not cleaned up. Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack. Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged. Remote $150 Key $50 Total $200
