House Rules and Terms

1. No parties. This is a residential block and there are families with children that live here. Parties are not permitted and breaking this rule will result in us cancelling your booking. 2. Only registered guests are allowed. Any guests who are not registered will attract a $50 fee per person. The apartment is only set up for a maximum of 4 people. 3. No smoking inside (of any substance), this includes vaping. Please only smoke outside and dispose of your butts safely. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 fee as we need to wash all soft furnishings and do a deep clean before the next guest. 4. No pets unless otherwise agreed. Bringing an undisclosed pet onto the property will result in a $150 fee as our cleaners will need to deep clean the property before the next guest. 5. Please keep the noise down after 10pm. We like our neighbours and we want them to keep liking us. 6. Please take your shoes off inside, it helps us keep the place clean for our next guest. 7. Please do not tamper with the Ring doorbell. 8: Check-out is at 11am. If you have not checked out at 11am, and haven't advised us, we will charge $100 per hour until you vacate. This is to pay our cleaning staff who will have to wait at the property until you leave.
