Berk: Unit 35E Lot 68. This is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first level includes a bedroom with one queen bed as well as a room with two twin beds and both bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The half bathroom is located on the second level landing which is also the level the master bedroom is on. The master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. A couple steps up is the dining, living and kitchen with sweeping ocean views, large decks, large window seats. The *new* hot tub (installed November 2025) is on the deck overlooking ocean. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
