Blending modern comfort with a carefully planned layout, this sixth-floor studio makes the most of its bright open space. Every area has been thoughtfully designed to feel distinct while maintaining an airy atmosphere, creating a lovely home for up to three guests. A king-size bed and sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and quality furnishings ensure a pleasant stay from arrival to departure. - Living Area: Positioned next to the bedroom area, the inviting living space features a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a busy day, enjoying a movie night, or simply relaxing indoors. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so we can have it prepared for you. Additional linen for the sofa bed is available upon advance request for 140 AED. - Dining Area: A round dining table for two sits naturally within the living area, creating a pleasant setting for breakfast, evening meals, or planning your Dubai stay. - Kitchen: The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything needed for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners throughout your stay. - Bedroom Area: The sleeping area features a king-size bed positioned beside the balcony doors, allowing natural light to fill the space. Opposite the bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair offers a comfortable spot for remote work while enjoying the balcony outlook. - Bathroom: Situated directly opposite the kitchen, the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries to help you settle in with ease. - Balcony: Step outside onto your private furnished balcony with seating for two and enjoy elevated views across the surrounding neighbourhood, the swimming pool below, and Dubai’s ever-changing skyline—a lovely place to start your morning or relax after sunset. Professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before every arrival, the studio offers a fresh and welcoming space designed to make every stay as comfortable as possible.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries, including shower gel, soap, and shampoo. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Additional linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will let you know where it is stored or arrange delivery. - For additional cleaning, please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not do so, I cannot guarantee check-in at the requested time. - Smoking inside the flat is strictly prohibited. Penalty: 2500 AED.
