Ideally suited to both short visits and longer stays, it provides a comfortable home away from home in the green and well-connected Dubai Hills Estate, close to Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Hills Park, cafés, shops, and everyday essentials. - Living Space: A bright open-plan lounge furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, flat-screen TV, white media console, and contemporary nested coffee tables. Large glass doors connect the room to the balcony and create an airy, inviting atmosphere. If you plan to use the sofa bed during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so we can have it prepared for you. Additional linen for the sofa bed is available upon advance request for 140 AED. - Dining Setting: A round dining table with four upholstered chairs, positioned between the kitchen and living room. It provides a comfortable setting for meals, morning coffee, or remote working. - Kitchen: Start your morning with a fresh coffee, prepare a leisurely breakfast, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home in the stylish, well-equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for everything from quick city breaks to longer stays. - Bedroom: A peaceful bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The large window brings in plenty of daylight and offers elevated views across Dubai Hills Estate. - Bathroom: A modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, spacious vanity, large wall mirror, toilet, and contemporary fittings. - Balcony: A private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small round table. Accessible from the living room, it is a pleasant spot for morning coffee or relaxing while enjoying the surrounding community and city views. The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay, ensuring a fresh and welcoming experience from the moment you arrive.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
