- After booking confirmation, additional verification will be required. - I provide complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, and shampoo) to ensure a comfortable stay. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the booking price. - Additional linen packs are available for 140 AED each. If you need extra linen, message me, and I will either direct you to where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning services, please contact me in advance. - Lost access card fee: 400 AED. Please take care not to lose it. - Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. If you do not confirm, I cannot guarantee check-in at your requested time. - Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A penalty of 2,500 AED will apply.
