Our fully equipped home features a chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, Keurig with K-cups, and everything needed for preparing family meals. Outside, enjoy the private boathouse with sun deck, sandy beach area, grill, and expansive deck + porch for lounging or dining. **Entertainment & Extras:** - Foosball table, board games, Smart TVs - Fire pit with lake views - Sandy beach area - Kayaks and 2 Paddleboards - Expansive deck + porch - Game room - Washer & Dryer - Essentials provided — linens, towels, iron - Keyless smart locks - High-speed WiFi throughout **Additional Information:** - All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM - 10 Adults Maximum - Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) - No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking - No Pets - Boat lifts are not available for guest use **Guest Requirements:** In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in. Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options: - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process. - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
