Winter days begin with fresh coffee and end with fireside evenings, where snow falls softly outside and the chalet feels calm, spacious, and grounded in its alpine setting. From the stillness of the riverbank to the glow of the indoor fireplace, the home invites you to slow down and settle in. The space Set along the Roaring Fork River in Snowmass Village, this entire villa is designed for groups who want room to come together and space to unwind. Massive windows and high ceilings draw in the surrounding mountain views, while the wrap-around balcony traces the edge of the home, offering a quiet place to take in the winter landscape. A private path leads down to the river, creating a peaceful connection to the outdoors even in colder months. Gathering spaces are generous and flexible, making it easy for everyone to share meals, watch a movie, or enjoy a relaxed evening indoors. The home theatre adds a cozy layer to winter nights, complete with a popcorn machine for shared screenings after a day in the mountains. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 13 guests. Bedroom 1 - Primary: King size bed with an ensuite bathroom and stand-alone shower Bedroom 2: King size bed with shared access to a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 3 Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with shared access to a hallway bathroom with Bedroom 2 Bedroom 4: Double size bed and three twin size beds with an ensuite bathroom Bedroom 5: Two twin size beds with an ensuite bathroom Each bathroom features a stand-alone shower, providing comfort and privacy for larger groups. Kitchen & dining The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a dining table for shared breakfasts and evening dinners. After a day outdoors, it’s easy to gather around warm food and conversation before retreating to quieter corners of the home. Outdoor living While winter sets the tone, the patio or balcony remains a scenic backdrop to the river and surrounding mountains. The gas BBQ grill and outdoor spaces are available year-round, with the views shifting beautifully with the season. Comfort & conveniences Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace support comfort in changing mountain weather. Washer and dryer access makes longer stays easy, and self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Housekeeping is available at extra cost with advance notice. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
