About the Home

🌿 570 m² designed so 12 guests can live together, each at their own pace. ☀️ Outside The large pool is the heart of the house. Its shallow sun shelf lets you laze with your feet in the water and keep an eye on the little ones without leaving your lounger. Around it: mature palm trees, sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols. Under the big pergola, a table for the whole group and an outdoor lounge for long evenings. 🧖 Wellness A traditional hammam, a massage room and a gym opening onto the garden: bike, rower, treadmill, yoga mats and dumbbells. Stay in shape in the morning and unwind in the evening without leaving the villa. 🛋️ Living spaces A spacious lounge with TV and decorative fireplace, opening onto the kitchen and dining room. When the sun goes down, this is where everyone gathers. 🛏️ Bedrooms 6 bedrooms, all with a king-size bed and private bathroom and toilet — nobody queues in the morning. Two on the ground floor, four upstairs. Cot available on request. ❄️ Comfort Air conditioning and heating throughout, wifi everywhere. 📍 The neighbourhood A quiet residential area, lived in year-round, with private parking inside the villa grounds. Away from the bustle of the medina, yet minutes from the centre: Amelkis and Royal golf courses 5 minutes away, the medina gates 10, the heart of the souks 15. Carrefour Almazar is a 10-minute taxi ride for groceries.

Good to know

🍽️ Meals Breakfast is included, prepared each morning by Fati. For other meals: lunch €30 per person, dinner €30 without service (prepared ahead, to reheat) or €35 with service. Booking links are sent once your stay is confirmed. Allow 24 hours’ notice, the time it takes to shop at the market. 🔥 Pool, hammam and massages Heated pool on prior request: €150 pre-heating fee, then €80/day for the whole stay. In winter, we may decline if temperatures don’t allow for genuinely comfortable swimming. The hammam is yours to enjoy. To have it heated, let Fati know 24 hours ahead: 100 MAD per person to fire it up. Paid massages can be arranged in the massage room or the hammam, on request 24 hours in advance. The ZWN Location team also arranges airport transfers and taxis. We know Marrakech well and are happy to share our favourite addresses. 🤫 House rules No parties or events: this neighbourhood is lived in year-round, and that quiet is exactly what you’re coming for. Only guests named on the reservation may enter the villa. The gardener and the pool technician work outside as maintenance requires — in this climate, a garden and a pool need regular care to stay immaculate. Their visits are brief and discreet. The fireplace in the lounge is decorative and cannot be lit. Exterior cameras cover only the main entrance and the private parking. None inside, none on the pool or terrace. As in any residential area, a small renovation at a neighbour’s may occasionally be heard during the day. 📋 Formalities At check-in, we’ll ask for a photo of your passports, which Moroccan regulations require us to pass on to the tourism authorities. 🔑 The villa is yours. All of it. Every bedroom and bathroom, the lounge, kitchen, terrace, pool and garden. The hammam, massage room, gym and private parking. No shared spaces, no neighbours across the hall. Wifi throughout the villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels provided — no need to fill your suitcase.
