🌿 A villa built for 8 guests, where the bedrooms stay quiet even when the living room doesn't. ☀️ Outside A wide terrace around the pool, with a table set right in the water — lunch with your feet cool. A shaded lounging area under the pergola, a dining corner by the pool, and a lush garden of palms and flowers with its own pétanque court for late afternoons. 🛋️ Living spaces A spacious lounge with fireplace, wall-mounted TV and comfortable sofa area, opening onto the kitchen and a large dining table. When the sun goes down, this is where everyone gathers. 🛏️ Bedrooms 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, each with a private bathroom and its own television, including one suite with a bathtub. The layout was designed to keep the bedrooms insulated from the shared spaces — night owls won't wake the early risers. Cot available on request. ❄️ Comfort Air conditioning and heating throughout the villa, wifi everywhere. 🐈 Roma Our young cat lives here. Curious and playful, she has her habits in the living area, where she likes to rest and ask for a bit of attention. She has no access to the bedrooms or private spaces. Wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She knows how to keep to herself — but if you feel like playing, she'll be delighted 😻 📍 The neighbourhood A quiet residential area, lived in year-round, with private parking at the villa entrance. Away from the bustle of the medina, yet minutes from the centre: Royal and Amelkis golf courses 5 minutes away, the medina gates 10, the heart of the souks 15. Carrefour Almazar is a 10-minute taxi ride for groceries.

Good to know

🍽️ Meals Breakfast is included, prepared each morning by Bouchra between 8:30 and 11:00. For other meals: lunch €30 per person, dinner €30 without service (prepared ahead, to reheat) or €35 with service. Booking links are sent once your stay is confirmed — allow 24 hours' notice, the time it takes to shop at the market. Heated pool: €50/day, on prior request. From November to March we may decline if temperatures don't allow for genuinely comfortable swimming. The ZWN Location team also arranges airport transfers, taxis and in-villa massages. We know Marrakech well and are happy to share our favourite addresses. 🤫 House rules No parties or events: this neighbourhood is lived in year-round, and that quiet is exactly what you're coming for. Only guests named on the reservation may enter the villa. Our gardener/pool technician comes by regularly — in this climate, a garden and a pool need steady upkeep to stay immaculate. His visits are brief and discreet. One exterior camera covers the villa entrance only, recording comings and goings. None inside, none on the pool or terrace. 📋 Formalities Before you arrive, we send you a Swikly link — our secure deposit system — for a simple card imprint: no charge taken, no impact on your credit limit. At check-in, we'll ask for a photo of your passports, which Moroccan regulations require us to pass on to the tourism authorities. 🔑 The villa is yours. All of it. Every bedroom and bathroom, the lounge, kitchen, terrace, pool and the garden with its palms and flowers. The pétanque court and the private parking. No shared spaces, no neighbours across the hall. Wifi throughout the villa. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels provided — no need to fill your suitcase.
