About the Home

🌿 400 m² designed so that 10 guests can live together without getting in each other’s way. ☀️ Outside The mirror pool is the heart of the house: the water meets the terrace and reflects the sky all day. Around it, sun loungers, a garden lounge under the pergola, a barbecue and a large table for lunches in the sun, table tennis for late afternoons. Landscaped garden, palm trees, open views of the Atlas. 🛋️ Living areas A large living room with fireplace and wall-mounted TV, opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen and a big table where everyone fits. When the sun goes down, this is where the house gathers. 🛏️ Bedrooms 5 bedrooms, 5 private bathrooms: no one queues in the morning. 4 suites, king-size 180 cm bed, dressing room and private terrace — one on the ground floor, three upstairs, one of them with a bathtub. 1 children’s room, two single bunk beds and its own bathroom. You enter through a small passageway from the kitchen: hideaway cabin guaranteed. 🎨 Decoration Christine, the owner and interior architect, designed the house room by room: natural materials, found pieces, soft light. Moroccan craftsmanship without the museum feel. Warm before it is luxurious. ❄️ Comfort Air conditioning and heating in every room, wifi throughout, solar panels. 📍 The neighbourhood A small residential area lived in year-round, with a 24/7 gatekeeper at the entrance, where neighbours know each other. A peaceful setting, away from the bustle of the medina, yet only minutes from the centre: Amelkis Golf 2 minutes, medina gates 10, heart of the souks 15.

🍽️ À la carte Breakfast prepared every morning by our cook (optional). Lunch €30 and dinner €35 per person, half-price for under 12s: fresh salads, barbecues, lemon chicken, tagines, couscous and local specialities. Book 24 hours ahead, so we can shop at the market that morning. Heated pool: €50/day, on prior request. From November to March, we may decline if temperatures do not allow real swimming comfort. We also arrange airport transfers, a driver for the day, in-villa massages, yoga classes and babysitting. We know Marrakech and are happy to share our favourite addresses. 🤫 The house No parties and no noise nuisance: the neighbourhood is lived in year-round, and this quiet is precisely what you come for. Only guests named on the booking may enter the villa. The fifth bedroom is specifically designed for children. The housekeeper and the gardener/pool attendant come every day: in this climate, a garden and a pool need daily care to stay impeccable. Their visit is brief and discreet. Outdoor cameras film only the front door, the gate and the rear fence. None indoors, none on the pool or the terrace. 📋 Formalities Before you arrive, we send you a Swikly link, our secure deposit system, for a simple credit-card imprint: no charge, no impact on your credit limit. At check-in, we will ask for a photo of your passports, which Moroccan regulations require us to pass on to the tourism authorities. 🔑 The villa is yours. Entirely. All bedrooms and bathrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the terrace, the pool, the garden and the private parking. No shared spaces, no landing neighbours. Wifi throughout the house and board games for evenings and quieter days. Bath linens and pool towels provided: no need to fill your suitcase with them.
