Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment near the Beach! This cozy retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a modern bathroom with a relaxing bath, and a living area with a convenient sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation and a spacious living area perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Step out onto your private balcony to savor morning coffee or unwind with evening views. As a guest, you'll have access to exceptional facilities, including an outdoor heated infinity pool, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. There's also convenient parking available on-site. Perfect for families, couples, and business travelers, our apartment offers a retreat with all the comforts of home and breathtaking views. Please note that this apartment is not part of Seashells Mandurah. Whether you’re exploring the Peel region or soaking up the sun on the beach, your stay promises to be unforgettable!

AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests. PARKING There is 1 parking bay available. MANAGEMENT Please note we are an independent apartment and NOT part of the Seashells Resort. Please do not contact reception for any queries. CHECK-IN After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions: 1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!). 2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported. Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying. PLEASE NOTE: If these steps are not completed in time, check-in instructions will not be provided. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our property, send us a message! Guest Access

The apartment is conveniently accessible via an elevator, eliminating the need for stairs. Inside the apartment there is a shower/bath combo.

House Rules and Terms

Terms and Conditions • Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $300 for deodorizing. • Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $500. • Please check out on time, as a late departure fee of $150 is added every hour overstayed, unless otherwise agreed. • Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property you will have to pay a $300 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorizing costs. • Parties/events are not permitted, any guests who breach this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. • Non-registered guests will be charged $200 per person per night. • Lockouts will be charged at $100 during business hours (9am-5pm) and $300 outside business hours (5pm-9am). This must be paid before access will be granted to the property. • Lost keys will be charged $200 per set. • If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call-out charges will be passed on in full to the guest. The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours. The guest is not to use the property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police. Cancellation Policy Cloudbnb applies a Firm Cancellation Policy. Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply. Any refund will be calculated based on the total booking price, less the applicable cancellation fee and any non-refundable fees or charges set by the booking platform or payment provider.
