Kindly note there are rules and regulations that must be adhered to in this building. It is a strictly a NO SMOKING APARTMENT. Not even Vaping is permitted! Any smoking in this apartment will incur a spot fine which will be served on you and any loss of income & the cost of the deep cleaning due to the smell of smoke getting into curtains and furniture, will be passed onto you. Kindly note that electricity is expensive in South Africa. Kindly do not leave the Aircon running when you are not home. In winter do not run the aircon on high for hours on end. It can cause the outer condenser to overheat. The normal winter setting should be a max 25 degrees Celsius and the summer setting no less than 18 degrees Celsius. ( shopping centres run on 21-22 degrees in winter and 18-20 degrees in summer as a comparison) this so that it does not overload the capacity. Although this is a party area, we ask that you respect the home and look after it.
