Comfortable luxury queen bed in Bedroom 1 with quality linens & throws Bedroom 2: double bed extra length comfort with superior Elite mattress & base Great sleeping arrangements and ample storage in cupboards. A Snooza bed available on request for the extra 5 th person ( up to 70 kg) Entertainment & Media: Large flat-screen TV with streaming apps for easy viewing. Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Large spacious open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area Large couch sofa, 4 seater dining table & great kitchen with washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Balcony with 4 seater table and chairs for that early morning coffee, or dinner out in the open.

This is a strictly non-smoking home and building. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or common property. If you smoke, please do so only in designated outdoor areas where permitted (outside the building). - Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. - Pets: Animals are not permitted unless special permission is granted for approved companion animals. - Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours and respect all residents in the building. Kindly comply with the building’s Body Corporate rules. - Please take a moment to read our guest manual to become familiar with all guidelines, amenities, and local tips. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
