Step inside and discover a haven of coastal comfort! This beachfront home boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for families and groups. The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views through expansive windows. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. A dining table provides a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. Each of the four bedrooms offers a tranquil retreat. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and 2 single beds, perfect for a couple or a small family. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed and a bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. Bedroom 4 provides a queen bed for a more private space. The home includes three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Texas weather. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Direct beach access is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf.

Good to know

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds. - Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them. - Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided -Early Check In/Late Check out (NOT AVAILABLE MAY THROUGH AUGUST) is available for an additional 50 dollars. This is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee. -We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell and yellow tint. The water is completely safe to drink and cook with, but we still recommend bringing your own drinking water and ice. -Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs Additional Dogs: $75 per dog Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted
