About the Home

Located just a few houses from the desirable Surfside Beach walkway, you will be sure to experience that quintessential beach vacation you've been craving! Enjoy the seashell covered sandy beach while basking in the sun all day, rent a golf cart from the nearby outfit, do some surf fishing and then stroll on back to partake in a fabulous meal on the large main level deck or at the dining table. SLEEPING/BATH ARRANGEMENT: ~ 3 large bedrooms all outfitted with a Queen-sized beds and luxurious fresh white bedding. ~ Upstairs dual master bedrooms each have their own private full bathrooms and private decks. ~ Bedroom 3 is the largest offering some extra room to throw a sleeping bag or air mattress on the floor for the kiddies and still not feel cramped. ~ 3 full bathrooms (2 upstairs and one on main level) plus an outdoor shower can be found at this seaside beach home. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels which are replaced upon every turnover including the duvet covers and shams (we've heard not every company does this, and we think that's just gross). We take clean seriously! When you rent a 979 home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, tp and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and the 979 Crew aims to deliver on that commitment. We love our island guests! 🐾 PUP-FRIENDLY: Bring Fido(s)! We welcome your furry friends (aka family members). Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay. WIFI/TV SERVICE: Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches! 979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES: All 979 rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance. Please send inquiry and details if more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - and good news, No Security Deposit Required! CANCELLATION POLICY: When booking direct with 979, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations. After 24 hours, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. Reservations made on 3rd party channels/OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hopper etc may be subject to terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. When booking through a 3rd party channel, the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking is the cancellation policy on your reservation. The Neighborhood

🏝️ We (The 979 Crew) love our sleepy Surfside Beach community with plenty of sand and surf to enjoy! No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Sharkies on the Beach) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination. While Surfside Beach water is of poor quality to drink or cook, this home does feature a water purification system at the kitchen sink. Otherwise, please feel free to bring your own bottled water for consumption. You may also bring a container(s) that can be filled at City Hall located at 1304 Monument Dr. Surfside Beach, TX 77541.

Guest Access

EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

House Rules and Terms

Guest must be 25 years or older to book/reserve home and booking party must be present during stay. Guest must provide a valid Driver's License and complete simple Guest Agreement within 24 hours of booking. Supplied following booking acceptance. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed at this home, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog per stay. Guest understands that advertised systems and services can be disrupted or non-existent to the house. These include, but are not limited to, water, electricity/power, internet/WIFI, TV, etc. 979 will make every effort reasonably possible to restore any failed service within its control. However, no refund or prorations will be offered. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given UNLESS :1) The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" where the rental property is located and/or 2) the day that the authorities order mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area. We strongly suggest guests secure additional Travel Insurance for their protection from unforeseen issues. Guest understands this home may operate differently than one’s own home. Most issues can be dealt with via phone or text to our Guest Service Line. Guest Service Hours: 8:30am - 7pm daily. No guarantee can be made against the mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, internet/WIFI equipment, pools/spas and the like. Once an issue is confirmed, every reasonable measure will be taken to fix and repair any equipment quickly and efficiently. However, no refunds will be given except under extraordinary circumstances or for circumstances beyond 979’s control. Please be a courteous guest and a good neighbor. Kindness goes a long way.
