Downstairs: Primary Bedroom: King bed & Full Bathroom: Conveniently located on the main level, just steps from the primary bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer, kitchen and living room area. Upstairs: Bedroom 2: One full bed and one twin bed, Bedroom 3: One full bed and one twin bed & Full Bathroom: Located upstairs, providing easy access for both bedrooms. Beach Access: Getting to the beach couldn't be easier! Walk straight toward the Gulf and use the pedestrian dune crossover, or head to Seagull Street for another convenient beach access point—both just a few minutes from the house, with Seagull Beach Access approximately a 5-minute walk away. Everything You Need: We've stocked the home with thoughtful amenities so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying your vacation. Included for your stay: Fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances Complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent Full-size washer and dryer High-speed Wi-Fi Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach Downstairs storage area for beach gear and fishing equipment Start your morning with coffee on the balcony while enjoying the coastal breeze, then fire up the charcoal grill for dinner after a fun day in the sun. Dog Friendly: We know vacations are better with your four-legged family members! Dogs are welcome with a $115 pet fee up to 2 pups. Please advise any more than 2 pups will be an additional $75 per pup. Good to know

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds. - This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell or yellow tint. We have never had issues with our water quality; however, we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice. - Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them. - There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided Please note - Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee. -Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs Additional Dogs: $75 per dog Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted
