Each wing has a small sitting area between the bedrooms. From the covered verandah and down 12 stone steps, you will find a beautiful pool terrace and sun deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Here, you can sit, relax, enjoy the views, and listen to the soft crashing of the waves against the rocky coastline The Ocho Rios Bay Beach is a five-minute drive from the villa. This is a beautiful, long stretch of white sand beach where guests can enjoy swimming, water sports, and shopping is just a walk away. WEST WING Bedroom 1 King/Twin bed with sliding doors to verandah, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 King/Twin bed with sliding doors to verandah, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. EAST WING Bedroom 3 King/Twin bed with sliding doors to verandah, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 King/Twin bed with French doors to verandah, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. * All rates quoted in USD.
 * Rates are subject to change without notice. * Easter Holiday: 7-night minimum stay required * Christmas/New Year's Holidays: 10-night minimum stay required. * Recommended Staff Gratuity: 10% of the villa rental rate – reflecting the long hours worked and the level of service provided. * A US$50 booking fee applies. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
