Bedroom 1 - Master King/Twin bed, en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in rain shower. Bedroom 2 King/Twin bed, en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in rain shower. Bedroom 3 King/Twin bed, en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in rain shower. * All rates quoted in USD. * Rates are subject to change without notice * Recommended Staff Gratuity: 10% of the villa rental rate – reflecting the long hours worked and the level of service provided. * A US$50 booking fee applies. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY High & Low Season A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Government taxes and service charges are handled separately according to the payment schedule. Christmas & New Year A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 120 days prior to arrival. Within 120 days of arrival, 100% of the rental revenue, plus applicable taxes and service charges, is due. Christmas/New Year cancellations are non-refundable, subject to the applicable exceptions in the agreement. Thanksgiving A 50% deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the deposit refund. Extraordinary Circumstances In certain extraordinary circumstances, such as government travel restrictions, severe weather, or similar events, the supplier may, at its discretion, offer a future booking or an alternative villa of equal value.
