Spacious and stylish apartment located in a trendy area of Madrid. The apartment features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-distributed sleeping area. It offers five bedrooms in total, with two bedrooms featuring queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, and three bedrooms with single beds, ensuring both privacy and flexibility. The property includes four full bathrooms. Designed for comfort and convenience, it is ideal for families or groups. Please note that the apartment does not provide a crib or a high chair.

Your check-in will be carried out in person by a member of our team, who will personally welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to start your stay comfortably. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time in advance, along with your travel details if available. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays. If your arrival is outside our standard check-in hours, we are happy to assist whenever possible, although an additional fee may apply. Please note that significant delays from the agreed arrival time without prior notice may also incur an additional waiting fee. In case of any changes or unexpected delays, we kindly ask that you keep us informed so we can adjust accordingly. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via an online registration. If the requested data is not provided before arrival, the booking will be cancelled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
The Neighborhood
The city of Madrid, capital of Spain, is one of the cities that is becoming a very attractive tourist destination for both Spanish and international tourists in recent years. Beyond the monuments that can be visited in Madrid, the charm of its main squares and streets, with emblematic places such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol or the reborn Gran Vía, is one of its main attractions. But above all, those who visit Madrid appreciate the very welcoming spirit of the city, always with a great cultural, leisure and gastronomic atmosphere. You can visit many tourist attractions such as: Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Cibeles, the Royal Palace or the Almudena Cathedral. They also value the artistic wealth that their museums enclose, with a special role of those who form the so-called Triangle of Art, with the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza and Reina Sofía You could call Chamberi ‘Moncloa’s older brother’, because it’s a much prettier neighborhood that caters to a slightly older crowd. Chamberí boasts beautiful architecture–some of its buildings are absolutely gorgeous, such as Museo Sorolla, Instituto Internacional and even the British Council. It also has quaint plazas such as Plaza de Chamberí and Plaza de Olavide, which is my favorite plaza for drinking and terraza time in all of Madrid. This Madrid neighborhood is also a business district with many offices and thus plenty of restaurants and bars throughout the area. One of the best streets for wining and dining is Calle Ponzano, where you can find great restaurants like Bar Lambuzo and Sala de Despiece
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The house has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Heating hours are from 11am to 11pm and there's only one control for all AC units. The coffee machine is Nespresso. Please note that basic consumables such as coffee capsules, oil, salt or similar items are not provided. There is WIFI and an elevator. There is Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Movistar+
