You will be a few steps from attractions that provide a blend of art, culture, shopping, and relaxation opportunities such as Retiro Park, a famous green space, and The Nacional del Prado Museum.
About the Home
Upon entering, you will be met with the cosy living area with a sofa, flat screen TV with cable and international channels, a large desk with an ergonomic chair for working from home. There is also a small table and chair for dining or additional working space. From the living area, there is a small hallway which leads to the bathroom and Kitchen. The modern kitchen is fitted with all necessary modern appliances for a comfortable stay, including a small tabletop oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and sink. At the other end of the living area, you will find access to the bedroom, which comes with a Queen size bed and a large wardrobe for all your personal belongings. With wooden floors throughout and colourful decor, you will be sure to have a lovely stay at this home. IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.
