The villa features 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, distributed across two floors: - Ground floor: 3 bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen connected to the large living room, creating the perfect space for everyone to cook, dine, relax and spend time together. - Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, including the stunning main bedroom, where beautiful views over the Mediterranean will delight you every time you wake up. Outside, you will find a large terrace with a comfortable lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Costa del Sol lifestyle. The beach is approximately 500 metres away, where you will also find traditional chiringuitos – typical beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish, seafood and local specialities such as espetos de sardinas (sardines grilled over an open fire), while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the Costa del Sol. The villa also offers quick access to the motorway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Málaga city centre is approximately 20 minutes away by car or around 35 minutes by public transport, allowing you to easily enjoy its historic centre, museums, restaurants and cultural attractions while staying in a quieter seaside setting.
