Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size bed in the sun room is perfect for kids or extra guests. 🚿 Bathrooms 1 Full Bathroom – complete with a tub & shower combo 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker. Spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. 🌞 Outdoor Spaces Enjoy some time outdoors on our grassy front yard! 🏖️ Beach Gear 6 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard for grab & go convenience. 6 beach chairs, cooler, a wagon/cart and an umbrella (no beach towels). 🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with radiator heating and window/portable AC units throughout the house. 🚗 Parking Ample free street parking in the neighborhood. There is no laundry in this unit, but several nearby laundromats make it easy during your stay. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
