The rhythm here is simple, comfortable, and entirely your own. Sleeping arrangements The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet place to recharge. A second bedroom includes two queen beds, while the third bedroom features a queen bunk bed, making it a flexible option for groups or families traveling together. An additional full bathroom is located in the hallway. Location Set in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, the home offers a peaceful base while still being close to everything. You’re just a short drive from McKee Botanical Gardens, Downtown Vero Beach, and the area’s Atlantic white sand beaches. The setting is relaxed and residential, with a private entrance and space to come and go with ease. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

The Neighborhood

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.

House Rules and Terms

In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It's for your own comfort :) Sleeping arrangements consist of a king bed, 2 queen beds, and a queen bunk bed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (2). Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
