No parties. All guests must be on the reservation, please. Double check the guest count is accurate, please. 3 cars maximum. All cars must be parked either in the driveway, or on the street directly in front of the house. Note that there are exterior security cameras and noise monitors. No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
