Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. Step outside to the wraparound balcony, where you’ll find lounge chairs ideal for enjoying a book, soaking up the sunshine, or sipping your morning coffee. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a double bed plus a twin bed. These rooms share a full bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups. Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, grabbing tacos, biking along the boardwalk, or enjoying sunset drinks, everything you need is within walking distance—no car required. • Guest ages 25+. • Kindly note that the fireplace is NOT operable. • 2 dogs max ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. • Kindly note there are stairs throughout the property. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Parking: Parking: 1 driveway parking • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply). • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
