The living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and large windows that bring in natural light. Direct access to the main balcony invites you to relax outdoors with a coffee or enjoy the fresh Marina breeze. Adjacent to the living room, the dining table for six provides a cosy setting for shared meals, remote work, or an evening gathering. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and all essential utensils — perfect for preparing anything from morning breakfasts to casual dinners at home. Bedroom 1 offers a spacious retreat with a plush king-sized bed, hotel-quality linens, and a built-in wardrobe. It also connects directly to Balcony 1 for added outdoor comfort. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen bed and a built-in closet, with private access to a second compact balcony — ideal for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. Both full bathrooms are modern and stylish, each equipped with sleek walk-in showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in both bathrooms. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
