It is strategically lined along a pathway of 1.7 kilometres, popularly known as The Walk. The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is a popular promenade where you can shop, dine and stroll by the sea. The buzzing beachside boulevard offers the opportunity to satisfy your retail cravings with an array of fashion, home and handicraft shops and boutiques. Another highlight is the range of outdoor pop-up markets where you can check out stalls offering jewellery, food treats and homewares, as well as take in performances by street entertainers. - All access cards must be left on the table, and keys in the lock box, after check out. Failure to do so will result in AED 500 charged for replacement. - Guests should be 19 years old and above, or if guests are below 19 years old, there should be an adult/parent staying with them for the entire stay. - Although pots and pans are available, there are no cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper at the property. We also do not stock dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent. Guests are requested to purchase these items themselves. - There is a water dispenser available at the property, but water bottles for the dispenser must be purchased by the guest. - Make sure to read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. NOTE: It is our obligation to register all local/ foreign guests with the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Dubai and to forward your check-in details to the building management system. Therefore, please share your passports/IDs in advance. Without this, we will not be able to complete the check-in registration and you might be denied access to the property. City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in.
