With 4 bedrooms housing a total of 7 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, we ensure ample space for all guests. Bridal parties and large groups will appreciate the oversized dressing spaces, lighted mirrors, and vanities, making this the perfect place to prepare for your big day. Afterward, gather on the private patio overlooking the Cincinnati skyline or relax indoors with fast WiFi and smart TVs. A spiral staircase leads down to a well-equipped kitchen on the lower floor, setting the stage for your culinary adventures. NOTE: While the spiral staircase to the kitchen is charming, it is also narrow and steep. Guests also have the convenience of a second, easier-to-use exterior staircase located at the front of the house.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement and valid Photo ID is required prior to receiving check-in instructions. NO PARTIES: We have a very strict no-party policy. Any parties or large unapproved gatherings will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund. NO SMOKING: The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products is strictly prohibited both inside the home and on the patio. FAMILY CONSIDERATIONS: While we welcome families, we note that the home’s historic features may not be suitable for younger children. Parents are urged to consider the property’s historic nature for safety reasons.
