About the Home
The apartment is located on the ground level of this quad-plex, just up a couple steps on the porch. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, and queen-sized pullout couch. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom, set with professionally laundered linens, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Behind the building you'll find a small garden area with a table and some chairs, as well as a few chairs under the shade of the porch, just outside the apartment door. -- NOTE: There is construction half a block away on the new 4th St Bridge. This may cause an excess of dust in the air and construction noises early in the morning into the evening.
Good to know
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
The Neighborhood
The Licking River neighborhood is a quaint historic neighborhood full of some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian style houses in all of Cincinnati. The neighborhood is also one of the safest in downtown. Feel free to walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels, or Keystone Bar and Grill. Walk up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House. Enjoy the neighborhood but be careful... you may decide to stay forever!
Guest Access
This is Apartment 2 which is on the west side of the house. On the lower deck the entrance is the door with a 2 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 2. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
