Inside, you'll find a modern open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, and cooktop. The King bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe and private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning and enjoy the convenience of your own laundry with a washer and dryer. The secure complex offers resort-style amenities including a full-size tennis court, an outdoor pool, and a well-equipped gym. Courtside Restaurant in the lobby serves great coffee and offers a daily breakfast buffet from 6:30 am to 10 am (closed on public holidays). Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this apartment is your perfect Perth base. Due to its central location, this unit is situated near a main freeway, and some traffic noise may be heard at times. The tennis court is available for guest use. Please note that tennis rackets and balls are not provided.

CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. RATE INCLUDES - Pool - Gym - Bed linen and bath towels - Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash. - Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. - Please note only starting amenities are supplied. AMENITIES -A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.
