Surrounded by beaches, parklands and a vibrant town centre, this townhouse in Maroochydore has everything you need on its doorstep. Catch a movie or shop till you drop at the region’s largest shopping mall, Sunshine Plaza, or enjoy a sunny day out at nearby Cotton Tree. Inside, this townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. It is set over two floors with light-filled open plan living and dining encompassing the lower level. The contemporary kitchen is designed around a central island and is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A large six-person dining table makes it easy to sit down to a meal at home, but there are also abundant cafes and restaurants nearby. Relax in the sunshine on your private patio or kick back in the evenings on the plush living room sofas. Retreat upstairs where you will find three stylishly designed bedrooms. The Master's bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two is fitted with a queen-sized bed, topped with hotel quality linens, and offers plenty of space for your belongings. The master bedroom comes with a wall-mounted TV with FTA and benefits from its own private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have access to the shared main bathroom replete with a shower, bathtub, toilet and large mirrored vanity. Complimentary toiletries are also provided for your stay. Back downstairs, guests will have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a third toilet for added convenience. The townhouse comes with secure garage parking for 1 car, plus 1 driveway space and free street parking.

We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
